Videography Super 8

A wedding film transcribes memories in a different way than photographs.
Super 8 films capture the nostalgia of a moment; their imperfection is their charm. Unlike a great deal of wedding videography, Super 8 doesn’t try very hard. It is joyful rather than sentimental. 

I love vintage Super 8 films taken by a family friend who had a camera. They might have had no camera skill, but the feeling of the moment is captured anyways.
The carefree, imperfect footage that resulted has a certain nostalgic magic. I want to capture the feeling of a moment with that sort of joyful freedom,
which is why I offer super 8 footage as an add on to engagements and weddings.
